To be eligible to claim a refund under the Promotion, individuals must have purchased an Qmax eligible products from Qmax Energy Saver HQ Office [V-Class Motorsport (M) Sdn Bhd. 13.12.2022 to 20.01.2023 (“Purchase Period”). For the removal of doubt, internet sales via sites like Shoppe, unauthorized vendor or similar are excluded from this offer.

The Promotion is only valid for purchases of the following Eligible Products:
a) Qmax Boltz Spec [Electro Guardian]
b) Qmax Nano Green-X Package

Try the Eligible Products for at least 7 days from the date of purchase, but no more than 14 days. If the Claimant is not completely satisfied with the performance of the Eligible Product, the Claimant must Complete the Claim Form and Return the Eligible Product (in its original packaging & good condition) along with the fully completed Claim Form and the original purchase receipt made during the Purchase Period to Qmax Energy Saver at: [V-Class Motorsport (M) Sdn Bhd] Address: 21-1 Jalan Metro Perdana Timur 1, Taman Usahawan Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur.

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid and Qmax Energy Saver reserves the right to reject such Claim. Claimant will bear all costs associated with the return of the Eligible Product to Qmax Energy Saver. The Eligible Product shall be in good condition (in its original packaging)

Refunds will only be given once receives :
a)The Eligible Product (in good condition &  its original packaging)
b) the purchase receipt
c) the completed Claim Form
d) product of  E-Warranty registration from Qmax Energy Saver. 

Refunds will be given to Claimant via bank transfer upon Qmax Energy Saver’s satisfaction that the Eligible Product complies with the requirements specified in this clause.The refund amount will be based on value pair for Eligible product(s) and cannot be transferred, exchanged for any other product, or claimed at point of purchase. The refund amount will also be deductible from the value of any promotion vouchers, installation fees & postage fees.

If this Claim is not interfered with in any or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Qmax Energy Saver, including but not limited to the technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Qmax Energy Saver reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
